Budget Tracker — last updated 20 July 2026
Budget Tracker is a single-user personal finance application operated by its sole user and owner. It is not a commercial service and has no customers, subscribers, or third-party users. The only personal data it processes belongs to the owner.
Through the Enable Banking Open Banking API (a PSD2-licensed Account Information Service Provider), the application retrieves account information — account names, balances, and transaction history — exclusively for bank accounts held by the owner, with the owner's explicit consent given directly to their bank.
Retrieved data is stored only in storage locations owned and controlled by the owner (local files and the owner's own private cloud storage). No data is transmitted to, stored by, or shared with any third party. Data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising or profiling.
This site hosts only static pages, including the consent callback relay. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects no visitor data. Authorization codes passing through the callback page are forwarded directly to the owner's local machine and are not logged or stored by this site.
Bank access consent can be revoked at any time via the bank or by closing the Enable Banking session. Stored data can be deleted at any time by the owner, who has full control of all storage locations.
